“I have a unique understanding of the demands of high performance, as I’ve had the opportunity to live them, both a coach, and as an athlete.”

When I’m not coaching, I’m pushing myself to reach new heights.

An avid mountaineer, backpacker, mountain biker, and skier, I spend as much time as possible in the mountains—often off the grid and out of cell service. Transitioning away from high-performance sport, I’ve sought new challenges that blend my passion for the outdoors with my drive to push my limits. At the same time, I’m learning to navigate the ever-evolving demands of the human female body, and embracing the exciting and unexpected challenges that come with it.
